It is your responsibility as a guest of a The Devilz Paradise gathering to know the rules. Please review them, and understand them. If you have a question concerning a rule please email us and we will happily clarify it for you. These rules are in place for the good of all our members. They are non-negotiable, strictly enforced, and are subject to change as the The Devilz Paradise owners sees fit. If these rules are violated you could be asked to leave an event (with no refund), be banned from future The Devilz Paradise events, barred from all The Devilz Paradise communication and activities.

The exclusive purpose of a The Devilz Paradise event is for the enjoyment of all who attend. The party is designed to help others who enjoy an alternative lifestyle to meet like minded people. It does not imply, guarantee, or assume that any encounter will occur. Nor does it encourage such activities to take place on event grounds.
Please review all rules listed below. Become familiar with the behavior we expect at The Devilz Paradise functions. You will be asked to leave, without refund, if you are in violation of these rules.
Our main goal is for everyone to enjoy themselves. By following these rules, we feel everyone will!
By attending you agree that you have reviewed the rules below, and will comply with them, and their intent. You also understand that by violating the rules, there are consequences. Also, by attending a person also signifies they are not a member of the media, nor are they an on-duty law enforcement agent.
The Devilz Paradise's main goal and purpose is to provide a place where people can meet others who share the same Lifestyle interests. However, as with any social gathering there is always a chance for a more intimate encounter. The Devilz Paradise does not encourage, nor discourage, these encounters. They do expect those who attend a The Devilz Paradise function to be respectful of those around them, and be mindful that The Devilz Paradise functions are pressure free.
As a private group that has a private membership we reserve the right refuse membership, attendance, and entrance to anyone as the The Devilz Paradise moderators sees fit.
A The Devilz Paradise Event area refers to any place where a The Devilz Paradise Function is taking place and the immediate vicinity, for instance ballroom, banquet hall, designated site, etc. The area that is designated a The Devilz Paradise Event is up to the discretion of the The Devilz Paradise moderators, and their interpretation along with common sense. Boundaries set by owning agencies such as hotels, motels, or restaurants are up to those entities to decide.

Hotel Policies

The following information is rules/guidelines that the hotel has requested be adhered to. Failing to abide by these guidelines will result in removal from event, and/or banning from future events. Please follow them. Thank you.

*No Alcoholic beverages from outside the ballroom/ party location are permitted inside the ballroom. No alcoholic beverages inside the ballroom/ party location will be permitted outside the ballroom/ party location. No alcoholic beverages of any kind are permitted outside the hotel.

*Explicit or lewd activities are prohibited in public areas of the hotel. This includes halls connecting to any and all rooms; and communal areas to include restaurant/lounge, pool, exercise facility, front desk, etc, Hotel room doors must be closed if explicit activities are occurring or will occur. Doors may be propped open marginally to allow others to enter. However, please be mindful of your neighbors and other non-TDP guests. An explicit activity includes exposure of genitalia, female nipple regions, sexual encounters to include oral, etc.

*No sexual contact is permitted in the ballroom. Those wearing risque outfits will be permitted in the ballroom, but must cover-up before departing the ballroom for any period of time.

1.		All The Devilz Paradise Members/ Patrons Are Expected To Adhere To The Policy Of, "NO-MEANS-NO" This is perhaps the foundation of the Lifestyle we choose to enjoy. If there is an ability to say “yes” then there must also be the ability to also say no. If you are told NO be respectful, DO NOT ask WHY. Simply leave NO as the final answer. If you choose to say NO be polite, perhaps follow "NO" by the words "Thank You." Remember to be to the point, sometimes misleading others can lead others to think there is more to your statement. We expect our patrons to share in, and enjoy a pressure free environment. The Devilz Paradise's main goal and purpose is to provide a place where people can meet others who share the same Lifestyle interests. However, as with any social gathering there is always a chance for a more intimate encounter. The Devilz Paradise does not encourage, or discourage, these encounters. They do expect those who attend a The Devilz Paradise function to be respectful of those around them, and be mindful that The Devilz Paradise functions are pressure free! As you know the staff of Devilz Paradise works extremely hard to provide an environment that is safe and pressure free. We stand firmly on our guiding principle of "No-Means-No;" it is our Prime Directive (for you Trekkie's, LOL) if you will. However, this policy is a two-way street not only should respect be shown when others aren't interested, but respect should be given when you're not interested. We need to ensure we make ourselves clear that we aren't interested. Many times folks tell us how upset they are when someone didn't "take the hint." Unfortunately, for some it may only take a small subtle hint, to know you aren't interested. Others, however, it takes a baseball bat and a big sign! LOL The best recommendation is let your feelings be know, for the positive or negative. It will save a lot less headache!We, as Devilz Paradise staff, will do our best to resolve volatile issues, but one thing all Devilz Paradise members will inquire about is; was the word "NO" used to let someone know your feelings? If the answer to that question is "NO." Than that ties our hands when dealing with the issue. We ask that you make an effort to be clear and concise, and say "NO," and mean it. Furthermore, if you are told "NO", be polite and move on! Let's face it we all dislike rejection. However, I also think we all hate wasting our time too. Why spend time trying to "hook-up" with someone who isn't interested? Why beat around the bush with someone you're not interested in? Perhaps rejecting someone will sting a little, but will it sting any less once the truth comes out? Let that person move on to find someone they can enjoy time with, and you can be free to do the same. :) Is it anymore fair for a person to refuse to listen to the word "NO," than to use the word "NO?" We think not. With this in mind we would like all our members to keep in mind about our "No-Means-No" policy. In fact we as Devilz Paradise staff and owners have agreed upon a "zero-tolerance" policy. Meaning we request if you are told "NO" to refrain from the interrogations, never assume the old cliche' (If they are saying "NO" they really mean yes) it isn't the case, and save the interrogations for court room drama shows. We recommend and insist you simply move on and do so politely. Also, if you aren't interested make your feelings known, don't expect the person to be a mind reader. If not interested say NO, and try to be polite. Saying, "No Thank You," or "I Appreciate Your Interest, But No Thanks;" can go a long way. We cannot strongly impress upon all our members, that failing to abide by this policy can and will result in being asked to leave an event (without refund), and possible removal from the Devilz Paradise group and/or future events. If you don't have the heart to say "NO" to someone; please find one of our staff members. We will gladly break help you with this issue. Above all else, please be polite when saying "NO". If you are told "NO" please be polite and move on.

2.		*The Devilz Paradise Members/ Event Patrons Must Be 21 Years Of Age Or Older* The Devilz Paradise moderators reserve the right to check the age, by use of a valid form of picture identification, of any person attending a The Devilz Paradise Event, at anytime during the Event. If the person attending the event is found to be under 21 they will be asked to leave, or not allowed to attend. An ID check could be utilized at the entrance to the The Devilz Paradise Event. If a person fails to present proper ID they may not be allowed to enter.

3.		*The Devilz Paradise Hosts Private Off-Premise Social Events* Off-Premises means no sexual activity is permitted except in the privacy of your own residence, temporary lodging, or domicile. Anyone engaging in inappropriate activity, outside areas where such activities would otherwise be acceptable, to include exposing genitals and chest, or sexual activity (intercourse, oral, or simulated) will be asked to leave the The Devilz Paradise Event without a refund, and could be subject to not being welcomed to any future The Devilz Paradise Events. This rule governs the areas outside the direct event area, such as lobby, lounge, parking lot, elevators, hallways, communal areas, etc. NO sexual activity will be condoned in the event area, or other afore mentioned communal areas! As many The Devilz Paradise events are held at hotels, or other central locations, we ask that our guests be respectable to those who are not attendees of a The Devilz Paradise event, but are guests of said hotel or other business where an event is held. Attending a The Devilz Paradise event does *NOT* guarantee or imply any type of encounter. Any type of encounter is by mutual consent only! Members are liable for all or any encounters. Members are encouraged to utilize safe sex practices. The Devilz Paradise does not, nor shall not, be responsible for activities that take place within the privacy of a person’s residence or lodging. The Devilz Paradise is not responsible for the actions of guests, before or after an event has occurred. The Devilz Paradise will do its best to ensure that all members and guests act in a respectable manner, those who do not will be asked to leave. If a person who is asked to leave refuses, they could be removed. NO Refund will be provided to any member who has violated ANY RULE of The Devilz Paradise.

4.		*Liquor May Or May Not Be Served At The Devilz Paradise Functions* If liquor is served at The Devilz Paradise Event, individuals are expected to comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws governing the sale of liquor and social activities. All The Devilz Paradise Event patrons are expected to comply with all these laws. Failing to comply with said laws will result in removal from the The Devilz Paradise Event, and could be subject to being banned from future The Devilz Paradise Events. No refund will be provided. The Devilz Paradise moderators assumes no legal, financial, moral, or civil liability, or obligation for any person who imbibes alcoholic beverages at a function. The Devilz Paradise members/ patrons will consume alcohol at their own risk. Should a The Devilz Paradise Event be held at an establishment that sells alcohol the establishment, unless otherwise specified in writing, will assume the responsibility of The Devilz Paradise patrons as they would any other patron to their establishment. *Please drink responsibly. The Devilz Paradise* will never sell, trade or share information regarding its members list to anyone - not even to other members. The Devilz Paradise membership information, and lists, are confidential. Outside alcohol must not be brought into the Event area. The Devilz Paradise moderators are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

5.		Possession Of Firearms, Other Weapons, Or Illegal Narcotics Are NOT Permitted At A The Devilz Paradise Function Regardless of its location the possession of any kind of firearm, weapon, or illegal narcotics at a The Devilz Paradise Event is not permitted. Persons found in possession of such devices/ items will be asked to remove them from the event, and may (depending on the circumstances) not be welcomed back. A person refusing to remove the weapon/narcotic from the event will be asked to leave, and not return. Remember it is against the law for anyone to be in possession of a firearm where alcohol is being sold! The definition of a weapon is at the complete discretion of the The Devilz Paradise moderators Illegal narcotics are those controlled substance that are illegal to possess, transport, and/or use.

6.		Cameras, Video, and Audio Recording Devices Are Prohibited No cameras, audio recording devices, and video recording devices will be allowed near, or in the Event area. Official The Devilz Paradise photographers are the only exception to the rule. Designated The Devilz Paradise photographers will always ask permission prior to taking any photograph. Designated The Devilz Paradise photographers will always identify themselves, or will be identified to all The Devilz Paradise Members/ Guests. All photos taken at a The Devilz Paradise Event are the sole property of The Devilz Paradise. Pictures posted on the The Devilz Paradise web site, or email group, are done with the express permission of all those in the photo. Pictures cannot be utilized by anyone without the express written permission of The Devilz Paradise moderators If you wish a personal photograph of yourself to be given to you, please contact the The Devilz Paradise moderators after the The Devilz Paradise Event and one will supplied to you. Anyone found pretending to be a designated The Devilz Paradise photographer, will be asked to leave the The Devilz Paradise Function, without refund. The Devilz Paradise reserves the right confiscate, or erase, any film, digital information, or audio medium taken by unauthorized personnel. Anyone said digital images, photographs, or other medium without the express written permission of The Devilz Paradise moderators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Those with Cellular Phones equipped with photographic, video, and audio capabilities will be asked from utilizing the phone for that purpose. NO cameras will be allowed at any The Devilz Paradise major event (i.e. "Big Bash" or dance).

7.		*Discretion Is Vital, Necessary, And Expected* All The Devilz Paradise Members, moderators, Patrons, and Guests expect and request their privacy. We respect the privacy of all The Devilz Paradise members, and expect all The Devilz Paradise Members/ Guests to respect that privacy. Providing information about The Devilz Paradise members, or our current member’s list, to anyone is strictly prohibited! This includes ANY private or public entity/ party interested in said information. Those members found giving out such information will not be welcomed back to any The Devilz Paradise Function, and will be barred from receiving any The Devilz Paradise information. No monies will be refunded to those in violation of this agreement. By attending an event you agree to comply with the non-disclosure of information. If you do not wish to comply with this agreement, please do not attend a The Devilz Paradise Function. The Devilz Paradise will never sell, trade or share information regarding its members list to anyone - not even to other members. The Devilz Paradise membership information, and lists, are confidential.

8.		Purses, Bags, and Other Carried In Items Are Subject To Search We reserve the right to search any item carried into a The Devilz Paradise Event at any time. As noted before, illegal narcotics and weapons will not be tolerated.

Policies, Procedures, and Prices Are Subject To Change With Little Or No Notice The The Devilz Paradise moderators reserves the right to change policies, rules, guidelines, procedures, and pricing at their will. This can be done with little, or no notice. The Devilz Paradise moderators will make every attempt to notify members changes of specific interest. However, it is the responsibility of all members to keep updated of any changes that could potentially occur.

10.		Use Of Cell Phones In order to keep the distraction level of numerous calls, to a minimum, we request you refrain from using your cellular phone inside the The Devilz Paradise Event area. If it is necessary for you to do utilize your phone, please keep the call to a minimum. If the call appears to be a lengthy one exit the The Devilz Paradise Event area, and return when your call is completed. Use of a Cell Phone Camera is strictly prohibited!!

11.		*Treat Others As You Wish To Be Treated* It goes without saying the "Golden Rule" applies at all The Devilz Paradise Events.We want everyone to have a good time, and feel welcome. When someone else infringes on another's ability to do this, we have to intervene. Those who become rude, obnoxious, or has a disruptive behavior will be asked to leave. No exceptions!
